I have been using advanced pest control for the last 10 years. Every treatment that they do to my house seems to work wonderfully. I like the platform Dan always comes out and tells me about how the chemicals are safer than chemicals that the other companies in town use and it’s so knowledgeable about every aspect of killing my pests. I have called around and compared their rates and I feel like I’m receiving it an amazing deal for the services that they provide. Thank you advance Pest control I hope for many more years of working with you.

We have had an annual contract with Advanced for 10 years. Their service was always fantastic until the last few years. They began missing scheduled appointments and are no longer reliable or dependable. This will be our last year as their customers, there are other companies with 5 ratings. I give them a 1 * rating and no longer will use them for bug control after this year.

I very seldom write bad reviews but this company has proved to be very disappointing. They called me last Friday and scheduled an appointment for Monday. Never showed and when called was advised by scheduler that they would not come until I had completely cleaned up my yard of any dog poop. This was the first I heard of dog piles being a problem and although they made the appointment, I was never called or contacted to say they cancelled. After reading some of the negative reviews on them it is clear that customer service is at the bottom of their list. Scheduling with them the past 2 years has been erratic and sloppy. Now I know why.

Your female employee with glasses and black hair is swerving and speeding all along Ramsey and northwest blvd. She is causing dangerous conditions and will probably cause an accident.

I have had an annual contract with Advanced for 5 years. Their service was always fantastic until last year when they began missing scheduled appointments. This year, I have had a difficult time getting them to fulfill their agreed upon 4 visits per year. They were a month over due for our first scheduled visit this year, then I had to call to make sure they were coming for the 2nd visit. They scheduled and missed the appointment and it took them another 2 weeks to reschedule. I feel like my needs as a customer are no longer valued here. I also felt that Linda, who handles scheduling, was unapologetic for their delay. Her approach was disinterested and when I stated they are behind on their visits she barely acknowledged it and stated that is just the way it is this year. Unfortunately, after this year’s contract is up, I will be looking for another company.

I have to say I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve worked with Advanced professionally for years as well as personally and when I called to get two new homes sprayed for large active wasp nest, Linda bluntly told me that “if it’s a new account then they can’t schedule me. They are only working with current clients”(not properties), which I understand especially since they are short staffed, but then again we all are right now and that doesn’t excuse being rude. Like i mentioned ive worked worh them professionally for several years and have an active personal account with them. She refused to look up the business name instead of the address since they were new construction and most likely haven’t been serviced by them before. The attitude I got when she was finally willing to look up the business name was just so unprofessional and like pulling teeth that I decided then and there it wasn’t worth it. I’ll find someone else to work with like Linda suggested. Just a shame.

This pest control company used to be the greatest but in the last year its service has been terrible. They schedule appointments and do not show up and don’t even bother to call.

Must be suffering from employee shortfall at the moment. Calls not answered, and messages not returned. Hope they get it turned around!

They treat every month inside and out , rodents are year long because of construction .
