Called about questions and the gentleman who answered seemed annoyed to talk to me as if I was an inconvenience. You can tell a lot about a business with their representation and if their quality of service is anything like their handling of potential customers, I would avoid this place like the plague. It was a Sunday afternoon, so there’s that, but I couldn’t find anyone who could remove a sick or wounded kestrel from our neighborhood park.

Todd came out the same day and removed a squirrel from the exhaust above my cooktop. I had him put screens on the roof vents so this doesn’t happen again. The squirrel was then released back into the neighborhood.

Critical: Professionalism This company trapped cats that had shelters and caregivers who fed and got them fixed. Legally all trapped cats should be taken to the local shelter. Three were taken to the shelter and returned to the caregiver. After that the cats disappeared and have not been seen since. Did they poison them? Take them out to the desert and left them? Shoot them?

I was interested to know what kind of snake was on my property from the skin I found and was given an answer (free of charge) within 48 hours. I really appreciate this type of service. If I ever need removal services, they are who I would call.
