Taylor was very thorough and knowledgeable during the home inspection. He explained in great detail all of his findings and even recommended options on what needed to be done to mitigate the issues. His report was delivered to us within hours of the inspection which allowed us plenty of time to bring the major issues to the home seller. We are still waiting on the CL-100 report (the inspection was completed yesterday) but understands that since this goes through his manager, may take longer.

Do not use there home inspection team, Ryan Cox and Rodney hope have zero knowledge on how to perform a proper home inspection. We will now have to pay thousands to fix our house because of everything they missed in there negligent inspection. I would never recommend them for any service

There is no question that Cingo is the best value and quality that you could get for a home inspection. Jason was incredibly thorough! In fact, his inspection report is currently guiding me through my home repairs and future remodeling project. Jason’s recommendations on his report are spot on. When reaching out to other services, I simply attach a pdf of his inspection report. It is literally all the explanation that I need.
