I am not one to normally leave negative reviews as things happen outside our control and people make mistakes. However coming to my door 3 times in the same evening after being told no and coming at late as 10 O’CLOCK at night is completely disrespectful. My wife told Kyle we had signed a contract with another company and we were not interested and “if” we were, she and I would discuss it when I got home. I might have been home 10 minutes before answering the door to him and explained the exact same thing he had already been told and that I was in the middle of a phone call and he would not stop pushing….how long is your phone call? I can wait a few minutes? How about I come back in an hour? Explained I would not be home at that time. Asked me if my wife would be home at that time. Said no, she was out and we’d discuss it later. We finally are both home after a long day and Kyle knocks on our door again at 10 o’clock at night to make his pitch again. I tell him no and he will not stop pushing. I genuinely don’t believe he would have left or stopped trying had we not had to close the door on him and turn off our lights. Completely unprofessional Kyle. I work in sales and I’d like to say I get where you are coming from but DO NOT harass people over and over again and let alone come to my door at 10 at night after being told no repeatedly. Do better Kyle
