I have been with this company for many years. I first went to them with a carpenter bee problem and have been happy with our relationship. This year I turned to the company for help with as critter problem in my home. I have been very disillusioned with this is company I have depended on for many years. Appointments have been set up with no consideration as to convenience for my being present. I am never consulted about the appointment. I question local workers and the response is the local person is not the one to set their calendar and they do not know in advance where they are going. I may or may not get a phone call or text that they are coming. If someone does come to my house there is often no notice that they have been there but I will be billed for something that I am not sure has been done. I was asked to sign an E document for the critter problem work. I asked for a print copy as my printer is not working. I have never received it. I feel like the company wants my money without doing anything to earn it. Or at least not done very efficiently. Previous work with this is company was well done. This last experience has been highly frustrating.

Do not use this company. They have a bunch of drone workers to try and catch things with very little expertise. I paid for exclusion and removal of something moving around in the attic and neither have been completed despite drone workers having been here several times. Very non responsive and the manager Scott in the Cobb county GA area does not want to talk despite me requesting several times. Stay away. You’ve been warned.

This came off like a scam. I was quoted $800 to perform a “full-kill” on a “bee hive,” by a tech who did not know what chemicals he had or how to identify a YELLOW JACKET. Inject mystery chemicals into my walls and leave the bodies to rot? Hard pass. Killing bees is a crime in the state of GA. If you have bees, call a beekeeper to relocate the nest and will probably do it for free. I had a tech from Peachtree Pest Control come out and charged nothing for the free inspection because we could not locate the nest. We went over some measures to reduce the population of YELLOW JACKETS and they gave me a higher quote, which included physically removing the nest and replacing the drywall, if that becomes necessary. EDIT: Shared my review with management? Considering this level of incompetence runs down hill; I’m sure they will fire that guy then hire a new poverty wage worker who they won’t bother to train either. That should certainly improve customer service and experience. Of course, it is to your benefit that most people just want to get rid of whatever thing it is they don’t like and don’t care to know greater the impact on the environment or consequences to their own personal health.

I used Critter Control services at my home in Sandy Springs, because I was so pleased I referred them to my parents in Peachtree City. Unfortunately, the services were not duplicated. There was no follow-up, my card was charged for services that had not been completed and I had to call to schedule a time for services to be completed. Ontop of me calling to get an appointment, the service person never showed up for the time scheduled. If you choose to use this company set your expectations upfront. Today, 4/25/24, another service call no one showed up nor called. Not a good representation.

I would like to give a big shout out to Critter Control and Preston!! They have literally restored my peace of mind. About a year ago, as i was watching TV one evening about 9p in my living room, i looked up and there was a bat flying around. My next door neighborhood so kindly was able to release the bat and the next morning I called Critter Control. They came out and explained to me why I had the bat and how I could remain safe. Jason has done a consistently wonderful job and I feel so safe with their service. I give them a 5 star service award along with my deepest appreciation.

I have had great experience with Critter Control from the beginning and ridding me of lizard issue. My technician, Brandon, has been servicing my residence for at least the past 5 years. He always sends a reminder of when he’s coming out and asks if not convenient yo contact him. When I do get to encounter him personally, he is always very respectful and professional. I appreciate him and the company’s top notch customer service.

I was having my A/C ducts serviced and the technician darted out from under my house saying there was a 4 ft snake under there! I called Critter control and Mr. Preston came out immediately! Although the snake was not located he put out traps, sealed all my vents and any possible entry point for critters, bait stations and treated the perimeter of my house and yard given we live next to a cow pasture and woods. Mr. Preston and Mr. Tony come out and treat our property every months and are always pleasant, courteous and they are very knowledgeable providing information and tips to help keep them critters in the woods! If ever I have a critter problem I know I can just call and they will be out ASAP! I highly recommend them!
