We have been with Northwest for over a year. We deliberately picked them from another big name company that we were not satisfied with., We could tell the difference. The accurate communication alone was a big step up. Northwest will send a text message in advance to let you know that your service is scheduled that week. Our fantastic technician, goes further, and will call to let me know that he is on his way. At the end of the service, the technician will send communication of what Service he performed. What is the very best part of Northwest service is our specific technician. He is reliable, professional, and kind. He always calls before he arrives. Over the year of service, we have developed a relationship built on his trust. I would highly recommend anybody to Northwest.

Excellent, courteous and graceful service. Taking care of relatives house and called to have Tech come out . They called back and were kind and comprehensive in what they previously and done and what they would now do. Tech came at appointed time, called first. Very professional, explained he was familiar with the house and what he had dine before. Recognized the problem (had kept specimen for him). He explained what all he did , left his card and said call his cell phone if any problem came up. So refreshing to see that kevel of care and customer service. From the perso. Who first took the call to Stephen, who responded. Could not be happier. Highly recommend. Compliments to all, in particular Stephen for his demeanor, professionalism and kindness.

We’ve used Northwest services since they merged with our former bug prevention service. Our technician went with them also so there’s not been any interruption of service all these years. It’s been several years since they began treating my wood porch for the carpenter bees. This year it seems the treatment is finally keeping the bees at bay.
