Ron with Combs Pest Control is who I use to treat apartment complex I manage. He does our regular pest control as well as our termite treatments. He is not only wonderful at his job, he is always happy and smiling and very personable. My residents and I look forward to seeing him when he’s on the property. If we ever have a major infestation of any kind, he works diligently to get it under control. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy. Just an all-around great guy. You can’t get any better than Comb’s.

Ron is likeable and friendly enough. Unfortunately, he’s bad at his job and his pricing is through the roof. I had a termite contract with him. He checked the bait stations quarterly but not once in 10 years did he actually inspect the house for activity. Guess what? I got termites and he wants to change me a grand to treat and re up the contract. WTH? Also, had a roach issue in my attic that he couldn’t fix. Had to go elsewhere. I swear, Ron seems like a cool guy but he just didn’t come through for us. Update: I just noticed Ron’s response to my review. The reason I was stunned by the price quoted to re up my contract was because I got termites when I was we were in the first contract. Why charge someone that much for a contract renewal when you failed to do your job well the first time? It’s just common sense. And, in regards to his failure to remedy our roach issue: Ron never recommended or offered to treat more frequently. Just left me with the problem. No worries, though. Arrow Exterminators have resolved all my issues and all at a more affordable price.

I’ve used Combs Pest Control for a long while now! Very professional, friendly, and bugs are gone! Ron is patient and great with dogs in the home as well! We love him! I highly recommend Combs Pest Control!
