I met John today, 12/9. He is very professional and performed an A++ service. He is extremely conscientious and detail orientated. MSI has done insect control over the past 6 years, and I have no more insects in or on my house. They treated for termites 6 years ago, also. They do excellent work at a reasonable price!

I started using MSI 13 years ago when I purchased my house. I have always been very satisfied with their service. They are all such nice people, and always return in between services when I need them. Jesse is usually who comes to do my service. He is so polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend MSI.

Had MSI come out and do an exterior pest spray. Technician Jessie did a very conscientious job of treating every area. I moved to the present location 5 years ago, and had lots of bugs in the house. The exterior treatments have completely eliminated them! I recommend MSI!

I have been a satisfied customer for nearly twenty years. From Big John, Barbara, and Ginger and the original team to the current team of Little John, Rachel and Jesse and the office team. Jesse did our annual termite inspection and quarterly pest control today. Appreciated his professional knowledge and his personal care for the welfare of our family and our home. I don’t know how this place has such a high rating. They were very unprofessional from the start. First of all, when the first guy came to my home he did nothing but find the entry point of the pests. When I asked him to set some traps, he refused because the entry point was still open and he felt it should be closed before any traps were made. And that’s fine, but as a customer if I want a service a type of way, that’s how I want it. He also suggested we set our own traps. Seriously? This is your JOB, why are you telling me to do it? That’s what I called YOU for. Plus he was complaining about how business wasn’t good to me. 1: I don’t care. 2: You’re doing business with me…right now. Excuse me? Second of all, when the girl came to set up the traps she did nothing but make me feel uncomfortable about the whole situation by stating how nasty the pests were and set up VERY few traps all in one area. Then, when we called them back AGAIN to set up more traps, they said WOULDNT BE RESPONSIBLE TO REMOVE THE PESTS. Excuse me????? So you’re gonna set traps up for them in MY home and leave them there??? Disgusting. Don’t do business here. They’re unprofessional, lazy, and only care about the money.
