They are very easy to get ahold of but I’ve had service through them for a year and I have seen them 3 times although I pay every month. They said I would be bug free in six months. That was false. They are very uncoordinated and I would not recommend using them.

This company provided a service for me on 4/22/22 , it is now 7/30/22. My first problem was payment issues; I was told I had to pay half the payment the day of service and the rest within the next 30 days. My house was supposed to be getting sprayed but when A man from this company came he fogged my house instead making us leave for 4 hrs. I left the money on my dresser, when I returned home the money was gone but no receipt was left & the workers were gone as well. they sent a letter in the mail saying I still owed the full amount, when I called the company they couldn’t track my payment for a week. Fast forward ANOTHER week later I made another payment over the phone and had the rest of the money waiting for them in person when they were to come back for the two follow up appointments. No one ever came back to spray my house and the pest are now worse then what they were when I originally called this company. I have been calling back to back for months, I either can’t get anyone to answer the phone or they don’t get back with me when they do answer the phone. This company has very poor service , I recommend you take your time and money else where.

Made appointment never showed up. This was a second incident. Not sure if they ever came out for perimeter service left no invoice.

We have used Allgood Pest solutions for both our Quarterly Pest Service and Termite Control for several years now. Very satisfied with the thoroughness and quality of their service. I highly recommend Allgood Pest Solutions.

Terrible I call these guys to spray a home I was going to rent before moving in. Because we had seen evidence of roaches from past tenants.they came out and sprayed. 6 moths later I get up at night to go to the bathroom and I see around 60 roaches in my living room and kitchen area and bathroom it’s like they appeared from nowhere over night . So I call them again the lady answers the phone and schedules a time to come out again .during the conversation with her she tells me it wasn’t roaches that they sprayed for . And I payed them to spray for roaches .so she schedules to come out on Thursday to see everything and spray between 8-10 am so I take off work to wait. I call them at 10 and I’m informed he’s not coming today it’s been moved to Tuesday a phone call would have been nice .so I informed them that I would call someone from a different company even tho I was giving them a second chance!!!!! Terrible way to run a business !!!!!!!!!!

Just had an interview with your services consultant Clay Bishop, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Clay answered all my questions and set me up to have my house treated for termites. I look forward to having a long relationship with your company. I recently got married and my wife Tara, has been using you for years. Did a great job for me. I needed a termite letter to complete a refinance on my home. After reading all the horror stories about other pest control services and one who wanted to charge me $495 for a simple letter, I decided to give Allgood a call. They were here in less than 24 hours and even went out of their way for me with some special information my mortgage company was requesting. They were great to work with.
