Canton Termite and Pest Control is awesome to work with. We had a yellow jacket nest in a basement wall. Jen was quick to respond to my email and she scheduled an appointment to have Will check it out the next day, giving me an hour window of his arrival. Will was on time, extremely knowledgeable, a super nice guy, and a real pro. He identified the nest, explained in detail what he was going to do get rid to the nest and got it done very quickly. He then cleaned up everything before he left. I would highly recommend Canton Termite and Pest Control. Great company!

We had a rodent issue come up in our basement after hours….in the wall, which is a fear of most homeowners. We use Canton Termite and Pest for our yearly pest control needs and my husband called them the next morning they said they could come out that afternoon. William Botts came and examined our house and the area in our basement and determined we had a few field mice in there. Using his nifty tools he was able to cut out a piece of the sheetrock without it being too much of a bear to repair in the future, and even covered it with a panel. While he was in there he found more mice than originally thought, but took care of the issue. After he was done, he inspected our home for possible entryways where future rodents could come in and advised us of remedies. While my daughter was upset over the deceased rodents, William went above and beyond to give her a coloring book with pictures of mice and other animals to color, thus helping her sadness over the mice. William was professional, courteous and I appreciate the sweet gesture regarding the coloring book for my daughter. Every interaction with the staff at Canton Pest is always a pleasure. Nick Allday is another tech that has helped us greatly as well in the past. Thank you William and the staff at Canton Pest Control! 😊

I am so impressed with this company and their technicians. We had an ant issue and they got someone out as soon as possible. Nick allday did a through job of explaining the issue to me and educating me. He was super respectful and kind!

Highly recommend. They are super honest and that says a lot about a company. They explain the termite protection process in detail. This is an important step that most pest companies just skip over.

Nick Allday is the first exterminator that has taken the time to explain what he is doing and why. He went above and beyond to not just do his job, but to make sure I had the info needed to help the process. He is GREAT. Requesting him every visit. 10/10.

We had to call for an extra service to our home and Nic came to take care of this. He not only knows an insane amount of information but was thorough enough to provide this info to us and spent a good amount of time on the service. We are extremely pleased with this company.

Canton Termite has provided our family with great service for years! When we moved into our new home, I knew I had to reestablish service and our new technician Nick was great! He was so personable, educating me (and my kids) during our walk-through and explaining ways we can keep our home safe from pests without costing an arm and a leg. William also came to give us an estimate for termite service and was exceptional as well! We recommend this company all the time!
