This company used to have 5 stars from me, the last 3 appointments I’ve had no call, no show on 2, which needed to be rescheduled, and today yet again, 1 hour 45 minutes past where someone was supposed to be here and not even the courtesy of a phone call. I left a message over an hour ago, no call back. Probably will be Searching for another pest control company.

Bug House has wonderful pest control. Ben has been spraying our home for over 2 years. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and punctual on every appointment. I always get great service. I’ll continue using this service and recommending it as well.

Ben was the technician that came to do the quarterly spraying of my home today. Ben was very polite and respectful. He worn covering over his shoes in my house which I appreciated. Ben also used a brush in my garage and under the eves around my house to remove any cobwebs. I would like to request that Ben be the technician that comes each time in the future to spray my house.
