COMPLETE SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY STOLE MONEY FROM MY COMPANY EVERY MONEY AND DID NOT DO THE SERVICE!!

The worst pest control company in Georgia. Uses weak chemicals and service men aren’t knowledgeable about the products or procedures. Wish I could give no stars

This company is a shyster. Every 4 years I have my home treated for (to prevent) termites, and bugs. I always negotiate a good price for both treatments. The previous 4 year treatment was great; I watched as the guy dug the trench and prayed the chemical around my entire home, then I watched as he treated my home for bugs. In two days all the spiders were gone. This time I negotiated the price however, he tried to force me into signing an annual contract. I refused therefore, the guy called the manager (whom I spoke with to get the price), and informed him of my refusal. He was told something by the manager, and then the guy said, “okay, I’ll scratch that out” and I signed contractual agreement/receipt. I observed the guy dig the trench and spray around my house then, I observed him pour some water in the container and spray a few places in my home. I had a few of those huge cock roaches, and lots of spiders. After 3 days all the bugs were still there, looking healthier then me. So, I called and spoke with the manager; he told me “it takes time for them to die off”. I waited a week, and still the roaches and spiders maneuvering as usual. I called after the 3rd week, and complained to the same manager guy, and he said that the house was treated. HE DID NOT COME OUT AND TREAT AGAIN. I HAD TO TREAT MY HOME FOR TWO WEEKS WITH BUG SPRAY FROM WALMART. I fear that since he faked treating my home for the bugs, that he did the same thing for the termite treatment therefore, I’m gonna have to pay again. He gave me a price for both services and that’s what I paid, but because I didn’t agree to the annual service he duped me, and did not give me the service I paid for.

As a realtor, appointments are extremely important and valuable to me. Ever-Redi is accommodates all of my needs and this company takes care of my referrals. Great communication from a grand but small buisness.
