Mr. Kumar fit me in during a stressful situation. Another big franchise company told me I might have bed bugs because of one piece of bug. Mr. K took pictures and verified although there were roaches, they were not bed bugs. Think the other company was just trying to get the money. Appreciate his honesty and will def recommend! If you find yourself in a pinch, with an unexpected pest issue, save yourself time and call Himalaya Pest Control. We found ourselves in an unbelievable bedbug mess. Our local pest control company suggested we call Kumar. It was late in the evening and Kumar was on another job. He still found the time late that night to go inspect our cabin. Kumar understood the urgency and need to resolve the problem because we had more guests checking in later in the week. I don’t know if he shuffled his schedule, but what I do know is that before we knew it he was our our cabin PROFESSIONALLY fixing the problem. Along with training our cleaning staff Kumar has followed up to inspect his own work. Without question Himalaya Pest Control is professionally run and we highly recommend Kumar and his services.

Mr. Kumar was so through and professional. He assisted me in how to start the process of preparation of the service from the beginning and all the way through. My mom had recently passed away and Mr. Kumar was so instrumental in making such a huge job bearable. Kumar not only determined thatI did NOT have bed bugs but he dismantled my bed , vacuumed the carpet underneath, before reassembling the bed….. a thorough inspection. Highly recommend Himalaya! Marion Scoular

I have never had bed bugs in my life. I felt very comfortable with Kumar in my home , even left my keys with him while we went to dinner so he could treat my car. That key ring had keys to everything I own.. Kumar went above and beyond to save my floors and was so very kind. Getting ready for him was a eye opener. I found so many things that I didn’t even need, paper work for 92. I would recommend this company any time

We called Kumar to check our house for bedbugs – he was thorough, professional, and to our relief, told us we don’t have the dreaded bugs. He explained how to reduce the risk of getting them, identified the creatures we do have and how to get rid of them. His sense of humor makes what could be a grim conversation, quite entertaining. I highly recommend him!
