I am pretty conflicted in writing this review. We started services with this company when we lived at a different location and the service there was always fantastic. We saw very little activity between sprays and were always contacted by the company to schedule our next service well in advance. However, things went downhill quickly once we moved to a different house. I was pretty upset when we received the notice that indoor treatments would no longer be done on a regular basis. That was strike one. The way that payments and invoices were handled changed so many times that I never knew how to pay for the services, and we would always get notices for an unpaid invoice despite never having received one. We started seeing an increase of activity between treatments, and whenever we would call to schedule our next treatment, or call to get them out between treatments it was always at least a week wait. We also stopped receiving calls to schedule our next treatment. I was very unhappy with the decline in customer service once we moved. I am not sure why that is, however, we have made the decision to switch to another company because of it. I will say that all of the technicians that we dealt with at our house were very friendly and pleasant and considerate of our home. I just feel like we fell off of their radar and it is disappointing as they were by far the highest rated and recommended when we originally did our search.

Dave the technician was incredibly responsive to our concerns, thorough in his assessment and treatments, on time, and provided excellent and timely feedback. I was incredibly impressed and appreciative at the level of service.

Thsi review is long overdo! I have been using Ideal Pest Solutions for about 2 years now. It started w/ an ant infestation, the problem was quickly solved but we decided to keep them onboard as prevention. In the last year we’ve had on/off issues with fruit/drain flies. All the technicians that have come (wish i remembered their names) have been fantastic, very friendly, patient and informative. Today we had a regular schedule service and I met Craig Cox.. this was the icing on the cake. Like the other technicians, he took the time to educate me on the best options for handling fruit/drain flies (even showed me products on the internet). Then he went outside to perform the regular service. I was surprised to hear brushing againts my windows, when I went to look, I saw Mr. Cox using a brush to knock down any spider webs etc around the outside windows/doors etc. He also applied some granules to my outdoor plants as prevention. I had never seen anyone so thorough (when not being watched). I can’t say that the other technicians didn’t do this as well, but I never saw them do it. When I mentioned this to Mr. Cox (who happens to be the service manager), he said this is to be expected from now on. I highly recommend this company. They uphold the meaning of integrity. “Integrity means doing the right thing, especially when no one is watching”. Hope that never changes!! Thank you Mr. Cox and all the other technicians for your service. Looking forward to many more years of service. God Bless.

Hernand was amazing and very responsive when I needed him. Him and Jason did a great job, I love this company and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get rid of any types of species in their house !

Jorden was exceptionally professional, thorough, and very nice. Ideal Pest always follows up with us and the office (Kasey) is great at reminding us of our next treatment. If we have issues with wasps, hornets or spiders returning to the outside of the house, they come back promptly and notify us. Their price is fair and we are confident in their services. Call Jason. Have been using them for a couple years now, the service has been great and the staff is always friendly. The owner called me personally to let me know they had to raise the prices and it was only $5 a quarter (we pay quarterly for a discount). He was so apologetic about the raise, I told him he could have charged more and I would still be happy. He really values his customers. I highly recommend!!!!

We adore using this service. We have been loyal customers for years now. All of the workers are cheerful, the owner Jason, is a really sweet guy as well. They spray our house every few months and if there is ever a flair up of bugs, we call and they come take care of it. We moved to a new place and it came with a bug problem. Now it’s fine and we are bug free! I absolutely recommend them!

Wanted to support a local company and found Ideal Pest Solutions. Very happy we decided to use Ideal Pest than the chain outfits. Excellent professional service from the technician to the office staff and beyond. Would highly recommend.
