The HOA uses Green Land for HOA common areas. We find that Green Land has costs in line with other vendors that we compared, very responsive, they walk the areas with us and they good to do what needs to be done when they say they will do it. Personable and friendly and are a big help to treat weeds that grow in the large brick wall at our entry as well as added needs such as when we had a huge ant colony invade our electronics. Highly recommend.

These guys are simply the best! They always show up on time, and truly take the time to monitor your yard and home while treating. If there’s any issues in-between services, they’re only a phone call away and out to promptly treat it! If I could recommend 10 stars I would! You won’t be disappointed!

If we find any problems with pests, they respond to our phone call & schedule an appointment immediately. Best guy ever! I just called him because it looks like we have a problem in the lawn and he is coming tomorrow. We have been using them for close to five years and our grass looks good all the time, This is the first problem we have ever had with the grass.
