I have 5 areas of my lawn that has 5 four to five foot round circles on my lawn before and after my gate to the front back yard and in the back yard. This is a new sod and this company is destroying the grass that I spent putting down. 2 phone calls and no reply in 2 weeks. I would not recommend this company and it’s broken promises.

Within in about two weeks you begin to see the difference in the green and the growth. With the professional customer service and lawn service, it feels detailed to my lawn and not cookie cut. You can see my lawn from down the street, looks like money.

I have had other lawn and pest control companies and no one compares to Green 365. My yard looks beautiful since I started using them I get so many compliments . They are always on time always will take the time to answer questions and ask if I have any concerns.

Jay, I have not received any pictures of my lawn. When you first came to my home in Spring Hill, you took several photos and emailed them to me. I was hoping that I could see just how my lawn has been doing since your company has started servicing my lawn. I would appreciate it if you could take a few photos of the lawn and send it to me via email. I just sent you and email on your website concerning some issue I have . Please advise. Thank you for your cooperation concerning these matters.

Called 2 days ago to have someone come to my home to give me an estimate for 6/17/2020. The girl who answered the phone had no idea what areas the company even came to.. She told me she could put me down for 10am and that the guy would call me an hour prior to him arriving. I moved my schedule around to wait and 10 rolls around and noone has called me. Not professional at all.

I’m going to mess up their “5 ” star rating. I called on Tuesday AM requesting a quote for someone to come out to help with my yard. I was told that one of their people will call later in the afternoon and come out to my house to see what my yard needed. I did tell him that I had a 2 o’clock appointment, but would be back soon after. Never heard from anyone. Called again on Wednesday, only got voice mail, left a message requesting a phone call, again never heard from anyone. SO guess they don’t need my business, and now I will find someone else to do my work needed.

I must say, they are excellent, I have the best looking lawn on the block and I get so many compliments on how green it is. I’ve been using them for almost a year and whenever I do have an issue, it is taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this company.
