Integrity Pest Control keeps my family pest free on the inside and outside of my home. The office staff was very kind and informative when I called them. But the shining star that I must mention is our technician Orlando. He is the only technician I will allow in my home. He is trustworthy beyond measure! It’s hard to come by someone who not only has good manners and is punctual, but he is also really thorough at what he does! Answers any questions that we have and thoroughly explains everything that he is doing. He is respectful in the way that he takes off his shoes every time he comes in the house and not once have I asked him to do so. He is definitely an asset to Integrity Pest Control and should be given a raise!

Great pest control service. Orlando’s customer service can’t be matched. Very kind and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend! Jen is so kind and accommodating on the phone and Glenn takes great care of my lawn when he comes to spray my yard. Very kind and always happy to answer any of my lawn questions.

It’s sad when a young man goes into an interview with a hiring manager and said manager is more interested in his phone than conducting interviews with potential employees. To me, that speaks volumes about a company. You can’t treat potential staff good, I wouldn’t hire you to service my home!!! If I could give them a negative number I would!!

We started using Integrity Pest Control a few months ago and we are so pleased! Our lawn is in really nice condition now and the Palmetto bugs are pretty much nonexistent! If I could give this company a higher rating I certainly would! They come to our home when they say they’re going to which seems to be rare here in FL. The people are very personable and proficient whether it’s office or technicians. It took us seven years to find you! Thanks for all you do!

Today was my first application. Mathew our tech was very good. I happened to be outside when Matthew was doing the application. I was very impressed with the work and attention to detail. He was very professional & has great customer service. He made sure I was happy with the work before he left. I also like the work order sheet that is explained in detail what was done. I also wanted to mention Jamie the service manager for listening to all my issues I had and made sure it was noted in my account when he came out for a estimate. Everything was done and addressed. As of right now I would recommend this company for any of your lawn treatments. Thank you Intrgrity for taking pride and providing great services. I would love to have matthew as our perm. Tech.If anything changes I will be updating my review but as of right now I am very pleased with the work that is provided.

My yard was hopeless, and they are doing their best to get it looking decent. I also have to give alot of the credit to my service guy Ian. Great young Christian guy with a very positive attitude, and always willing to go the distance to please customers.

Always friendly and accommodating. Show up regularly with easy online payment option. With heavy home building going on around us we are noticing way more spiders than ever and the receptionist was very helpful with scheduling even though we weren’t due until June. Also she was very knowledgeable about combatting drain flies before they arrive to better help the technicians efforts.
