I am updating my recent review of Naturzone’s customer service. Thank you Naturzone for your response to the situation over the “fogging” of open air atriums at our 55+ condo complex which alerted the need for the SDS information request. Updated notification from our office has been shared with residents at this time stating their miscommunication in the techniques involved in the process. Residents here have health and environmental concerns. Many residents at this complex thank you very much for obviously contacting and clarifying this matter.

Robbie is our tech he does an excellent job with our pest control but also took the service level higher when we had an unexpected guest living in our garage and attic. Robbie made a special trip to our home to access and advise me how to handle this issue his advice and instructions were effective in eviction /end of our uninvited guest. Natures zone is an excellent company you can’t go wrong employing their services.
