We suspected termites and this was the first company that came by to check. Michael came by and we were honest with what was going on, it was the week we had those heavy rains and it seemed the rain was bringing them out. He took the quickest look in the attic and told us we had termites and gave us the outrageous estimate. Obviously we wanted more opinions so we then called Truly Nolen and Orkin. This time I advised my elderly mom to not say anything about seeing termites and say rather we were just being proactive. Two different well established companies who did thorough checks found no termites at all. Truly nolen climbed up there, I mean above and beyond. Nothing. So im writing this to let you know that this company may not be the best choice or you should at least get a second opinion. I feel they were ready to take advantage of honesty and an elderly mom.

Kristof is a professional. He is meticulous. Excellent communication, very thorough. I had another estimate but couldn’t get a fumigation for 3 months. As soon as I signed the Northwest contract the job was scheduled immediately. So happy I went with Northwest. Highly recommend.

Pierre T. is doing an amazing job controlling ants in my home. He services my home bimonthly. Between routinely applying bait and spraying I have not seen one single ant in months. When I had Orkin, I would see always see live ants after they serviced my home. I would highly recommend Northwest Exterminating over Orkin. Thank you, Northwest Exterminating for superb customer service!!! I am well pleased.

Very happy with the service at my job. Technician Pierre Thomas is very friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. He keeps this place bug free and I am so happy with the service that I ended up hiring Northwest for my home as well. Keep up the great work!

I have to change my review. This company SHARED MY CREDIT CARD information with unauthorized vendors. I have reported them to the Florida Prosecuting office. Take your business to a more trustworthy vendor.

I will give this place no stars if I could. The representative Rodger was shown items that I wasn’t sure about bagging and he told me they did not have to be bagged because they were in Factory Packaging I came home after the tenting was completed and had four bags of items that were not double bagged sitting outside of my home because Rodger told me that they did not have to be bagged Rodger came and looked at these things that were outside and denied that I had shown him these items and that he told me that they did not have to be bagged. Some items were lost because they were damaged by the rain or eaten by animals.

I want to specifically thank, Adriane Brown who was the first to finally address, the rodent in our company office wall situation. No one else before him tried to find a solution and Adriane just took the extra time and effort to find a solution. Thank you Adriane for helping us. We’ve had a great experience with northwest. Daniel Suarez is our technician and he is wonderful! He’s friendly, reliable and honest. He‘s very responsive/helpful if you need any extra assistance in between sprays as well!
