GENE is the absolute best!! When we bought our house, it was sitting for over 6 months. Critter Gitter helped us tackle all of the initial problems we had when moving in. Gene is always so friendly! We’ve been using this service for over 5 years now, and I have not been disappointed. If there is ever an issue, I can call and Gene is always responsive and will schedule to be at my house to fix it. Payment portal is easy to use online.

I just switched from another ‘well-known’ pest & Termite company who I’ve been a long-standing good client. I switched to Lewis Pest Control after thoroughly researching them and other pest control companies. After speaking indepth with Ashley, office, I felt Lewis Pest Control was the best choice for us. Ashley explained everything, in detail, about their services and pricing. I believe their services and pricing are comparable for our area in the Florida Panhandle. She scheduled me for installing termite Sentricon stations a few days later, and said Matt would be our termite technician. Moving on to Monday, July 15th, 2024, Matt Hemker, technician, showed up promptly. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. He did a property inspection first, and then installed the right amount of stations to adequately protect our home. He kept me informed, and explained everything he did so I would be knowledgeable with the process. Based on my interactions with Ashley in the office, and with Matt, the termite technician, I would highly recommend Lewis Pest Control for all who need service. The customer care for me has been above what I’ve been used to in recent years; you know what I’m speaking of. The customer service I experienced was reminiscent from when customer service was at the forefront from several years ago.

Gene Weaver has been coming to our house for 4 years approximately to spray. He came after we had a bad experience with another technician. He assured us he would ensure a complete and timely service and get our problems sorted no matter what it took. He is a great guy and a great technician with a very professional outlook. He is an awesome asset to the company and we would be lost without his help.

We had Raven service our home yesterday and she was outstanding! She was thorough and efficient and friendly. She is the first technician of Lewis that texted us the day before with a time of arrival for our service. We didnt have to call in for s time! Hope we have her permanently!
