I have used them since 2010? I can’t believe that I’ve never written a review. This company, especially Darryl, has treated my family like their own. They have, accidentally, (one would even say God sent) been there for us on very difficult days, (not insect related) and always have gone above and beyond what we could expect. Darryl has always informed me of anything going on, bug wise, with my home, and offered affordable solutions. I feel secure knowing my home is not being neglected. Thank you !

The Bug Out bug experts arrived on time, completed the check-up efficiently and updated me at the end of the appointment. Whenever I call the office, Sarah is professional as well as being very kind. Lee, the owner, is knowledgeable, respectful and dedicated to customer service. I appreciate all of you! I’ve been extremely pleased with Bug Out for my termite protection since 2016!

I have worked at bug out service of west Florida for 7 years now. When I first started here the father Mr Dwight Tate owned the company, now his son Lee Tate owns bug out! The honesty and integrity that Mr Dwight had got transferred over when his son took the company! Thankfully I know that all of our technicians carry this same trait and we all do our best to take care of the customers needs! I love bug out and it has been a blessing to work for this awesome company for the past 7 years!

Bugout is a wonderful company to handle your homes quarterly pest control needs! They always call or text before coming out. The ladies who you deal with in office are by far the best around! Always kind and courteous! I’ve never had an issue with this company and will continue to use them!

This is an exceptional pest control service company. I’ve only dealt with a couple of technicians. My last technician was Zach. He is always courteous and concerned as he asks questions to see if there are any current problems. He is professional in the way he performs his service duties, and he pays attention to detail.
