Mr. Barry Oneill is our association, Courtney Landing Condominium, service provider, pest control’s technician. He is very much loved by our tenants since he does an incredible job. He’s always concern about the result if an unit is infected with insects and he makes sure that tenants follow up on treatment. I congratulate Mr. Oneill because is really hard to find an employee as concern as he is.

When we started our service with Massey they claimed a 100% satisfaction guarantee or our money back. From day one of service they disappointed us. When we did our consultation they claimed our patio could be sprayed for bugs. When the actual people came out they went back on their word and claimed the fenced patio was indoors. They didn’t want to finish any parts of the house they promised us they would maintain, such as our garage and the patio. Because of this we decided to cancel our next visit in July 2023. It was our understanding that Massey would reach out to us to schedule our next appointment in hopes we would get someone that actually followed through on what they said they would do. At the end of August we received a bill for service. However, no one reached out to us to schedule it, neither by text or email or call. And there was no note left saying we had received service. We have someone who works from home that never heard or saw them. The real kicker is that we have three cameras that face the front, side, and back of our house that alert us when anyone is detected in certain zones. No one showed up on those cameras and no one was detected. Massey claims they have the GPS coordinates of the worker’s truck at our location, but we have no proof he was at our house. Since the week of receiving the bill in August we have been trying to contact Massey to ask what service they actually did since there is no proof. On the phone they claimed they would have someone call us back. We have emailed and called so many times since then with the same response that someone would get back to us. In November someone finally called and wanted to double check our email and we confirmed we keep getting invoices for a service we did not receive. Everytime they claim someone higher up will call. They recently claimed a manager called December 5th but we have no missed call or voicemail. Massey is full of lies and empty promises. Someone from Massey financial called today to claim our bill was going to collections so their communication is great when it comes to their money but terrible when you actually have concerns or want to talk about your receipts. I would not recommend Massey to anyone as it has now been 5 months of trying to actually talk to a person about a service we never received. We have the receipts they were never here and everytime we mention that they suddenly say someone higher up will get back to us. Run far away and find a pest service that actually shows up for services they bill you for.
