Adam was great good personality and perlite (this 5 star is for service tech ) this was 1st treatment at my home so I don’t know about how well chemicals used work yet !!!

Bobby serviced my property and did a great job. He even gave me some helpful tips to keep pests away in between services. Only 4 stars because I didn’t get a heads up call when he was on his way.

Showed up at the house after ignoring several no trespassing signs to harass my sick family , told them we have FL Pest and he got ugly. Had to tell him several times to leave the property (if it happens again, I’m calling the cops) and pay attention to no trespassing signs. Really upset my family. You guys need to pay better attention to your employees, this is ridiculous. The signs should’ve been enough. Not answering the door the first 3 rounds of knocking, should’ve been enough. The fact we do business with Florida Pest (and will continue to do so) should be enough. Telling him to leave the first time should’ve been enough. I will be going out of my way to let people know how garbage this company is and who else higher up I can take this complaint to. (I see this has been a common issue that “will be addressed”, just continue to not do it lol, Florida Pest is 1000x better. keep getting your bad reviews since you don’t care about your company or customers, have fun going under :p)
