Northwest handles the pest control service for my place of employment. The guys who come out are always friendly and professional, currently we have Pierre Thomas coming to the buildings. Pierre is professional, always has a smile on his face and makes sure to listen to any of our concerns. Truly wonderful staff and absolutely would recommend Northwest Exterminating based on the interacts we have with Pierre and the other guys.

Terrible company, they are very informal. They agreed to come to my house on a date and I waited for them for the two hours they asked for and they never arrived. When I called them, they told me that my appointment was on a totally different day and time than the one we had agreed to, I had to cancel. another appointment to wait for them.

I got ghosted by Maximum Pest Control, where I have been a customer for over 5 years, even after I called. The Mouse already does my termite maintenance, and I called them to add regular pest control. They immediately sent out a technician and Pierre just treated my entire home. And he did it with a cheerful smile, making polite conversation and wished me happy holidays as he left. I hope he’s my regular guy for every treatment! Thank you, Pierre and Northwest!
