Titan Bathworks 4 months agoThis review is a year after the initial installation. We really enjoy the look of the manufactured stone product and it is easy to clean. Titan Bathworks sales rep did a great job explaining the product and quality of the product and provided guidance in our ideas for how we wanted to remodeled shower to look. The installer, John, is an amazing craftsman who was kind, trustworthy, and exceptionally respectful of our property. Recently, we had a minor leak in the shower head connection which John came back to fix no questions asked. I can say, there are not a lot of companies that will stand by their work or materials as good as Titan does. It is much appreciated. OK so full disclosure, there were some minor hiccups during the install last year, but I would still recommend Titan Bathworks if you are looking for a reputable company. We were promised it could be done in three days, but it took more than a week, although that is not a big deal since the work was so good. The Tyvarian stone floor pan is beautiful, but it can get a bit slippery, so you have to be careful. Your experience may vary, that is just one of the only knocks I have and that is not anything to do with Titan’s installation quality. We went with Titan, especially since their sister company (Titan Sunrooms) did such a great job with our exterior upgrades. I would recommend them for your remodel.

Timberland Plaza 3 months agoOur house was built in 2022 and when we asked about finding things that got missed we were told that we had 30 days to find anything that got missed to just let the supervisor know. We were first time home buyers and believed it. I emailed them about a few things and were told we had to go through their warranty page submission. Several issues never got fixed because they were up to “industry standards”. My master shower and bathtub had been installed with ZERO support underneath and as a result I couldn’t use my master bath or shower for the first six months. Several places in the ceiling through the house where there are cracks between the drywall sheets. They came out to paint over them bc “that was normal” (which may be the case years down the line not months). There were many other things but the worst was when I broke down in tears one day venting to the last floor crew bc of how bad the floor is and that gluing the boards down wasn’t a fix just a band aid and that none of them fixed or tried to fix anything. After the crew left, I got an email that stated they refused to send any more floor crews because I was verbally abusive and that Timberland was “closing” this work order. I fought them over a year for nothing.
