Our neighbor hired this company to tent their home. This morning they came to remove the tent. We noticed when they finished removing everything and were getting ready to leave one of the employees began walking around our house. When my husband went outside to see what he was doing he found him on the side of our home (which was the opposite side to the house they had tented). When he asked the man what he was doing walking around our house he just apologized and walked away. Very odd behavior.

Because the so-called “supervisor” Jesus was so unprofessional on several occasions and went out of his way to be so unjustifiably rude, I will never allow this company to do any fumigation on any of my properties. I was so kind and nice to the entire team but for some odd reason, the so-called “supervisor” team members including Brian, I must say were very customer service-oriented and did all the hard work. Not sure if Jesus is a family member, but the owner, “Danny,” seemed to sweep it under the rug when I told him about his so-called supervisor, “Jesus,” and his rudeness. I see their ratings are not good. If I were looking to hire a fumigation service, it would not be this one. I see why they have the low ratings. Brian, go somewhere else where your hard work and customer service skills are appreciated unless you are also family. Overall, Not pleased in the least! Do business elselwhere!

Very professional. They were on time to put the tent on the house. There was no damage to the house. I would recommend them to someone else. Also they checked the house before I entered it.

I wasted money and time and regret choosing this company to tent for termites. They threw tent over my house and 2 U shaped open patios which I learned afterward that the tent should be up against the walls of the house and sealed to keep gas where it needs to be -in house!! Threw tent and broke my tv antenna And other things and then when they said the premise was safe they never even went inside to check with a meter but said they did and lied until I called him out on it and he never even had the meter charged up to test the house and clear it!! Liars and thieves ! And lazy workers that maybe are picked up for day labor! who do not care about anything They should not be the tenting businesses let them just stay and do standard pest spraying with their borax and water!

I’m appalled by the rudeness of the female that answers the phone. It’s not Tiffany it’s another woman. I believe she is the owners sister who I’ve spoken to unfortunately several times. I’ve had them spray my house for termites and I used them for rat traps. I’ve asked to be set up with an every other month rat traps but they fail to get that in the system. Because of that, I have to call and just my luck Tiffany is not working and I have to speak to the nasty, rude woman on the other end. The saving grace that kept me using their service was Marco who is a complete professional. He’s on time and is knowledgeable in his field of work. He should start his own company. The woman lacks customer service skills and basic human decency when talking to an individual over the phone. Due to the lack of an attitude adjustment as I’m not the only one who’s experienced this, I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you want to entertain yourself and see what I’m talking about…go call them lol

The truth is they don’t even deserve a star but I have no choice! They are completely irresponsible, no professionalism at all. They made us rent a hotel for 4 days because they would come to put up a tent at our house on Thursday and they never arrived. When we called to ask questions they did not know how to give answers, they contradicted themselves with their lies, or rather they did not. They are nothing serious. Do not hire them so that you do not have to deal with these types of irresponsible and unprofessional people, it is better to hire professional services and serious people when it comes to entrusting the house to these types of companies. Don’t hire them.
