This has been a literal NIGHTMARE! I spoke to Bob the day of the tenting and I told him everything I did I double bag everything with zip ties and they took all but 2 bags of my groceries out my fridge and meat. Bob said that they but the bags on the side of the house but that is not the TRUTH, they took the bags, there was nothing on the side of the house, they even took my unopened spices from the rack. Now they don’t want to take responsibility for the loses that incurred, this is UNACCEPTABLE

If you’re organized, like proper communication, and want to feel like you’re working with someone who will respect your property. Press NEXT. I had to reach out every day leading to the preparation for my tenting. I am doing the prep work alone and wanted enough time to not rush and because I was traveling. Bob showed up the day before, gave me instructions on the food, said to leave alarm off and that I would get my key from the lockbox. The next day his crew arrived, they start renting and proceed to tell me I need to sign something because they have cracked two tiles and will possibly crack more. Obviously, I refused. They also advise all windows will remain open for 2 days (I was not told this) with my unarmed house, and me out of town. I had to complain to get security here. They also then told me I needed to remove baby mattresses and do several other things I was not told the day before, again I have a flight in a few hours. All of this is stressful and bad enough. I arrived home to my house floor covered in mud, no decency to clean their filthy shoes, my door handle is broken in the garage, and my house key is nowhere to be found. You’re going to pay over 2K for this. Do it with someone that actually cares about the quality of work they’re giving you
