I want to say that it is the first time that I put the tent in my home and I always look for reliable companies, very selective and demanding for punctuality, responsibility and much more, because I called one first because they gave me 24 hours to call me and they didn’t. They were located after 36 hours and today I am grateful that it was so, so I called my second company AL FLEX and today I want to express with great gratitude 🙏 how grateful and pleased with Al Flex and its boys, they work super geared and organized and fast, there were 6 men who worked Very good, punctual dynamics, super in everything, thank you and I recommend Flex 100%.

They tented my mother’s house. 10/10 all around. The sales guy William was awesome and very knowledgeable about everything that had to do with termites. The tent crew was great as well, I believe the main gentleman’s name was Medina.

I called to pay my annual termite protection and advise the change of my phone number. I spoke to Amanda who did not understand most of what I was saying. I repeated my card number a few times as the number she was reading back was not correct. She then got agitated. She had difficulty in understanding my email address. After successful changes, I asked if I could speak to the Office manager. Valerie came in the line. I can’t say say if she was really the manager or just another rep. Same difficulty of communication problems. They were not listening to what I was saying ! (There was a little time lag in the phone line). I asked for an invoice and was told by Amanda that they don’t have invoices, only receipts ! Luckily have received it via email. In the end, I just had to request that they were kinder to the call and show some appreciation for the business. My house is in a block of 5 houses and I am compelled to use Al-Flex. If I had a choice, I would not use Al-Flex. (Christian the field rep is great !!)

We just had our house tented and the experience was excellent. The salesman came out and reviewed all the steps we needed to do in order to prepare the house for the actual tenting day. The crew was courteous and very punctual. We couldn’t ask for better service. A special thanks to the Al Flex team.
