Closed on my new home yesterday and contacted Terminix to take care of termite and pest control. Today I got my free initial inspection and service quote done by Ron Lowe. He was professional, informative, and most importantly he was early for the appointment which fit my last minute schedule change. The cost is a bit high but you get what you pay for with pest control. For me, the annual contract was an easy sell. It’s a small price to pay in the grand scheme of things to protect such a large investment.
