In light of this experience, we encourage others to explore alternative options that prioritize and excel in transparent communication. Poor communication, disregard for customers’ respect, and lack of professionalism.

In 2022, we enlisted the services of Paradise Environmental Services. Initially, our experience was quite positive, as James displayed professionalism and even devised a quarterly schedule for his upcoming visits. However, as time went on, there was a noticeable decline in his communication efforts. Regrettably, reminders via email or text about his impending visits became increasingly infrequent. Whenever I would make an effort to request advance notice of his service visits, his responses consistently revolved around excuses. He claimed that his extensive client roster made it impractical to provide us with pre-arrival notifications. It’s challenging to comprehend how a company could disregard the importance of establishing a clear schedule and keeping clients informed about service visits. Today, I found myself deeply disappointed when James communicated with me in a manner that was not only unprofessional, but also came across as rude. This unfortunate incident has led me to firmly decide against continuing any business dealings with him. I feel compelled to caution others against considering his services and instead encourage them to explore alternative options. As the growth of Port St. Lucie continues unabated, it’s crucial to acknowledge the existence of other reputable companies that deliver comparable services and prioritize effective and respectful communication.

We switched from a larger local company a while back and couldn’t be happier. We haven’t seen any fire ants in our backyard for months, and all other pests are rare. They’re professional, responsive, and super helpful whenever we have questions
