Shady business dealings here. Desparate for any income. Felix arrived and claimed he was going to do pest control and ant control around the well house. Cost $89.00. Came to door and said he was done and asked for $89.00. I gave him a check for $89.00. I asked him if there was any suggestions for the gladiolas bushes (2). Looked bad and leaves dying. He suggested Magnesium and a Home depot feeding of something like 400. Said he could spray them but had to call Sedina for permission and cost. I called Sedina and she quoted me $20.00 I said ok Felix came to door and told me Sedina had called him to take care of the gardenia bushes and it would be $20.00 I said ok. Felix came to the door and told me it was done. I gave him a #20.00 bill. NOW… after a phone text claiming I owe 20.00 I get this invoice…. claiming I owe 20.00. You were paid the amount that you requested. I am done. You are unable to keep claiming money due after being paid. Your demand is un-American. Thank you.
