Carlos has been servicing my home for 4 years now. He is the best. Always calls ahead of time to make sure I am going to be home and works with my schedule. It is the greatest. He is always friendly and on time and if he is late he calls. Superb customer service.

Our technician Feliverto T. is always friendly, prompt and professional. We signed up 2 yrs ago for yearly service and he has been coming out each quarter to treat inside/outside our home. If we see anything in-between time, all I have to do is call. He personally calls us when it’s time for service and arranges to meet my availability. Such a pleasure to have this type of personal service. I recently had “ghost ants” (those tiny tiny ones that you can barely see) in an upper kitchen cabinet. Feliverto treated the cabinet and let me know to watch out for more of them as the bait would draw them out. Will continue to use All Florida Pest Control and Feliverto! You can’t beat their customer service and individual attention. If I could give a rating of 10 stars I would! 7/5/24: Another great service today!! Feliverto T. took time to do our front and back lanais as I noticed more bug activity in these areas! As always a pleasure to have such great customers services!

We wait ALL day and hear no knocking or recieve a call , then boom as last time we see the sticker saying they missed us. To expect so none to be home from 9 to 4 by the front door is ridiculous. They need to give us a window of time when they are on my floor.
