Really good company that provides a great product to keep your home safe. I liked their services offered and the response time of their staff. I’m leaving this rating for two reasons; one being due to their lack of keeping track of their accounts payables for their customers. I paid every invoice on the day of my services and they would say I had an outstanding balance. The second reason is because I would constantly have to call them on a monthly basis to come out and service my property when in reality they mentioned they would auto schedule me on a 4-5 week interval. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this company. If you’re in doubt of the quality of their product or services, I’d say go for it. It’s worth the investment.

Guaranteed Pest Control for years now has given excellent customer service to everyone from the office to the professionals that come to my home I will have to give them Five Stars*****. They always ask do I have any questions and look to see what is needed for the Lawn once again Five Stars*****. Great Company.

They came twice and I payed them each time $150, but I realized that my canary were getting dry and I told them that I am not happy with they’re service or whatever chemical are using and I told them to stop coming . But they send someone while we were in Minnesota during summer, while told them a month before that I don’t want their service anymore . They said you have a contract, I said I understand but my trees are dying with the products they were using , and one dyed by the end of September. They sent it to collection agency because I want to cancel the contact.
