I agree with all the positive comments about their service. I’ve been a customer for 11 years and have been very satisfied with their customer service. My complaint is that this month they raised my annual termite renewal from $286 to $389. That is a 36% increase in one swoop. I called them thinking it a mistake and was informed that they were doing an across the board increase. They are taking advantage of the situation because our only alternative recourse would be to get another pest control company. That would involve a significant up front buy in fee. Raising prices 36% in one year during this time of severe inflation is unconscionable. I left this review with the company on their website yesterday but didn’t get a response. I can only assume that they are more interested in making money than customers feelings. I truly hope this review will help someone make a better informed decision when choosing a pest control company. If they can do this to me after 11 years they can do it to you.

This company deserves all of the great reviews it has received. I was greeted on the phone by Ms. Denise. She helped me get my initial services set up. She was kind, funny, and very understanding of my problems. I asked if she was the owner because she seemed to go above and beyond. To my surprise she was not, but this is a testimony to how she maybe treated by the owner. I quickly realized that Ms. Denise wasn’t the only kind and professional person in the building. On the day of my appointment Mr. Gene arrive. He was a few minutes early. We talk at my front door and got to know each other a little. He asked what problems I was having I told him and then he got his things. I wish doctors took this much care in what I have to say when explaining what is ailing me ( I digress). Mr. Gene explained what he would do and then he did exactly that. He communicated with me at times and made recommendations not demands. This has been a great experience. They have high reviews because of people like Ms. Denise and Mr. Gene! I pray they are rewarded for their work ethic and professionalism !
