Ever since Rockit Pest company bought/acquired Petri it has been an absolute nightmare! I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone for 3 weeks, I’ve been overcharged, the pest control service has become poor and unkept. I’m very disappointed as Petri used to be wonderful. New owners please contact me! I sent an email with my info. Petri, I HAVE tried to contact you via email and phone for a month- I have not gotten a response!

I just wanted to once again take the time to compliment LISA THOMAS at Petri Pest Control 🙂 I called the office regarding our one year renewal for termite control and Lisa was very pleasant and efficient in taking my payment, posting it to my account, thanking me for doing business with Petri, and following it all up with an email receipt showing ‘paid’… all within less than 3 minutes! This is the kind of service that seems to be lacking in so many businesses these days so I always like to express my written appreciation for a JOB WELL DONE! 6/2/24 UPDATE: once again, spoke to Lisa Thomas about continued termite protection service, and regarding a ghost ant problem we were having. Within three days, she sent out JOEL, our favorite technician, who always, at our request, treats our house :-). Joel Is always very professional, kind, and thorough when visiting our home. I trust Petri’s management will share my compliments with Lisa & Joel. They both deserve accolades! KC in Boynton Beach

We just cancelled our contract with Eco Shield because they were not helpful or responsive whatsoever. We just had first visit with Petri and they Sent these 2 fine gentlemen over. Mr. Marion and Mr. Conner were professional from the start evaluating exterior of property then without me asking put there shoe booties on upon entry of the home. They showed me and explained to me what and where the problems were coming from. Beyond polite. Definitely will be sharing Petri’s services with others. Im so glad there are still companys with people who actually know what they are doing and courteous. Request Conner and Marion if they are available they are 10 Stars

Had them for a while at our old house, moved and had a major ant problem. Tara set us up and Tank has been coming to spray he is super awesome and the bugs are completely gone!
