The Perfect Edge Remodeling Services 2 months agoWe left the master bathroom as the last place to remodel in our house. It had all the original sinks, shower, and carpet. We met with 3 contractors and knew right away that Doc was the right person for us. We had a set budget and Doc helped us to design within that budget and make sure he stuck to it. His son-in-law, G, demolished the whole bathroom and rebuilt it. They were so great to answer all questions and excellent at communication. Our bathroom looks just like a spa. And feels like one too. We couldn’t be more pleased or to more quickly recommend Doc. The first picture is the original bathroom. The following 2 are of our gorgeous spa bathroom.

Story Renovations 8 months agoWe finished an addition and renovation project with Story and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Ian and the design team were so great to work with in the planning stage – they listened to us about what we wanted and what we didn’t, gave us thoughtful options for everything, and worked with us when we changed our minds or had questions. Matt was phenomenal during the construction phase – he was at the house regularly, always stayed in touch with updates, and anytime he was going to be gone he made sure we had a contact person we could get ahold of if needed. The cost estimate was spot on with no surprises which was absolutely huge for a project like ours. We are so happy in our “new” home and wouldn’t have done anything differently, particularly our choice to go with Story. 10/10 would recommend!I’m

First and foremost, the team at Spyder Construction demonstrated a deep understanding of our specific renovation needs. Their consultants took the time to listen attentively to our requirements and provided insightful recommendations that ultimately enhanced the overall design and functionality of our amenity spaces. The execution of the renovation project was nothing short of exemplary. The team at Spyder Construction consistently exhibited a high level of expertise, utilizing top-notch materials and employing modern construction techniques. The work was completed within the agreed-upon timeline, showcasing their commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising the quality of their craftsmanship. One of the most impressive aspects of Spyder Construction was working with Cody Adam, his professionalism and customer service was excellent. He was kind to our residents and would have treats ready the residents’ dogs. This was beyond appreciated as the residents were able to see him as more than a contractor. Over the course of this renovation, Cody has shown exceptional communion skills, is well versed in understanding/interpreting plans, knowledge of construction terminology, coordinating timelines, attention to detail and industry standards. He would check in with me when he arrived/left for the day to ensure I knew what the daily/weekly progress with the different trades, timelines and what to expect. He promptly addressed any concerns that arose and ensured that we were involved in key decision-making processes. This transparent and collaborative approach greatly contributed to the overall success of the renovation. Cody’s dedication while working on this project was fantastic, his hard work has been appreciated. Josh was able to keep us informed of progress with weekly emails, site visits, and supporting photographs. Communication throughout the entire process was seamless. I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Cody and Josh on this project. Every aspect of the renovation, from fixtures and finishing touches, was executed with precision and finesse. The end result exceeded my expectations, and the transformation of our amenity spaces has received praise from both current and prospective residents. Furthermore, Spyder Construction adhered to all safety and regulatory standards, creating a secure working environment throughout the renovation process. Their commitment to safety, their professionalism and dedication to delivering a superior service. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Spyder Construction for any renovation project. Sander and Sons Kitchen and Bath 3 months agoWhere my wife and I did considerable research, planning, and brainstorming in preparation for the kitchen design, Phil’s vast knowledge, experience, and attention to detail rounding out our incomplete thoughts that made our remodel a major success. We appreciate our kitchen more today than when it was initially finished (and get compliments from everyone we host) thanks to the small design elements Phil incorporated into the layout, functionality, and aesthetic. Phil is diligent, professional, and a master at his craft and we are grateful to have worked with him.
