See update at bottom! Jerusha arrived on the date and time frame (2 hour window) that she said she would be there, but typically we get a text when the person is on their way. She was not informed that we were signing a contract and seemed put out that she had to go get that paperwork. Also she was there to spray only and wasn’t planning on checking the mouse traps from when we used Mug a Bug in the past. She checked them but didn’t seem happy about it. She said “I don’t use the spider traps, you don’t need them” when I asked for new ones bc we had so many dead spiders in our old ones! So we had to buy our own! Other companies are cheaper and offer more but we are locked into a contract for a year. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3 just because in the past we had good results with this company. We will see! UPDATE 7/15/24: Leon has come to our house the last 2 times and he is amazing! He really listens and makes sure to cover all of the areas inside and outside the house!! Highly recommend him!!!!! Changed my review to 5 stars because of Leon!

We used Mug-A-Bug for a Wood Destroying Inspect Report. They were easy to reach and schedule with, arrived on time, were polite and professional, and were LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE of the recommended competitor. I would highly recommend this company.
