Can not speak highly enough about Pal Pro – they were so responsive and efficient. Josue our technician was lovely. He was very informative and thorough. The exterior of our home and our backyard, play structure had become covered in spiders and webs and he made sure to tackle every last web (even crawling inside the playhouse). We are using regular bi-monthly service now which is very reasonable to ensure our yard is safe spider/bug free for the kiddo. It made such a difference. Very happy all around.

Called this company to come out because we had ants..First guy came in and said it would be 250.00 ..he sprayed around my windows then took the money and left..A few days later ants were back.Another guy came out and didnt even know if it looked like an ant..sprayed down my kitchen floor..About 15 feet on each side and left..I was so mad I called another company..They came out and took care of it..I called Pal Pro and wanted my money back and they said “we can’t do that.”Never heard from them after that.Talked to some young girl on the phone..Both of those employees have left the second one was fired..Its been a few months but I am still fuming..DON’T PAY UNTIL YOU KNOW THE JOB IS DONE.. —

Andy from PAL Pro Pest was great to work with. He was on time, communicative, and answered all of my questions. I received a termite fumigation and the pricing was great. Would definitely reccomend using their services.
