We have been with Procraft for many years and couldn’t be happier with the work they do. We always get notified on upcoming treatments and are flexible should you need to change day/time. On the day of treatment they will speak you to discuss treatments to be completed and if we are having any bug issues. The workers are professional and thorough, Patrick, who normally provides our services, is a very nice man. Other employees who have been to our house were very nice as well. I would definitely recommend Procraft!!

pro craft came and gave me a realistic assessment of termites vs a competing large company that was charging me without properly assessing the situation (essentially eyeballing it and telling me I had termites). Pro craft saved me around $1k by verifying I didn’t have termites by cleaning up the residue and monitoring it, as well as looking at the history of the home and past treatments. Pro craft also is easy to communicate via text and is very flexible. In addition they secured our home against rodents and don’t mind checking my attic when I ask them to. So far it has been a good working experience and I can recommend them to others

I’ve been using ProCraft for the past 8 years and they’ve been wonderful. Originally had another big name company handle my pest control but they were only spraying generic repellents. ProCraft made sure to address my needs by pin-pointing the exact pests that I have and using repellents that are actually useful for those type of pests.
