DAV Termite and Pest did an amazing job remediating termite damage on my property. We’ve had our home for a few years, and went with another company before to treat termites. Moving forward, I will definitely be reaching out to DAV first. I’m happy to report that they are professional, on time, and provide excellent communication. We started by working with Vincent, who provided us with a thorough, and competitive quote within a couple of days of his visit. We opted to do not just termite treatment, but to repair the outside of our home as well. On the day of the job, DAV brought out a whole team of 3 people who worked throughout the day to get the job done right. They offer a paint matching service as well, and we took them up on that. There was even a slight oversight with paint mis-matching, but they took it upon themselves to identify it to me, and then they went back to the paint store to fix the issue. I took this as a sign of excellent craftsmanship, and would definitely recommend this company for services in the future.

DAV termite inspection was made on 09/09/2021 to our main house and granny flat. After a twelve day wait for the inspection report, I have decided that no report is coming and we will go with another termite company. As an aside note, the outside of the granny flat was inspected for termites and nothing was found except dry rot on the patio cover. No inspection was made to the inside of this building. A subsequent inspection from another company found extensive termite activity both on the inside and outside of the granny flat.

Very professional company that was super responsive and answered all my questions. Patty is super sweet and helpful! I am a landlord and they work very well with offering separate documentation and billing… so happy I found them! They are a great and reliable company!

We had our termites taken care of last year, and so this year we had some re-treatments done. Edgar came in a timely manner, and took care of everything while answering any questions I had. He was thorough, detail oriented, efficient, and easy to talk to. He really made sure that anything he did was done well-and by the time he left I felt comfortable in our choice in choosing DAV for our termite needs. I know with certainty that when I refer to anyone who needs termites taken care of, ill be referring them to DAV and specifically Edgar who went over and beyond.
