Excellent customer service, responsive and good communication. We had our house fumigated prior to moving in and the work was done with professionalism. I would recommend them, Benjamin was very helpful and addressed everything in a timely manner.

We used 4 Less Termite to fumigate and treat our house for beetles. They came out and did a through inspection. We had termites and signs of beetles too. They applied a local treatment for the beetles and fumigated for the termites. They were a great combination of good price, excellent customer service and timely delivery. I will definitely use 4 Less Termite again and I would recommend them to anyone.

We used 4 Less Termites for a pest inspection when we were buying our home. They said that there was fungus throughout the sub-flooring in the crawl space and wanted to charge $8k+ to remove it. I called another pest inspector to get a second opinion who went into the crawl space and said they found no mold. I just crawled down there myself and the wood looked totally normal throughout. Would not recommend.

These guys are great. Although their recommendation was to tent, I wasn’t ready to do that with having to move out with animals, covid etc. They appreciated my concerns and did multiple spot treatments to buy me a few years. Their pricing was great, they left no damage and we could all stay home.
