Dan Lenz and the Lenz Team have helped me since 1986. Termite inspections, localized treatment, tenting and most recently substantial termite and water damage repairs. Trustworthy, professional and highly dependable. Lenz should be your first call when you have pest control concerns!

Mixed feelings. We hired them to fumigate for termites in our 142 unit/18 building condo complex. The contractor they hired (Quality Pest Control) was great…very efficient. Marian in the Lenz office tried to be helpful, but it was not as organized as it could have been. The brochure suggested that homeowners return all signed contracts 2-3 days before date of service to the “fumigation/termite company.” If you are on the BOD for a large HOA, you know that getting documents signed in a timely manner is like trying to herd cats, especially for the rental units. Lenz should require documents returned to ONE location at least ONE month before the fumigation. The brochure was also unclear about SoCalGas. People need details. Some were unsure about their ability to turn off pilot lights as instructed in the brochure and the timing of the SoCalGas unit inspection times. There were several details omitted that would have made this easier on everyone. Somehow, some paperwork was lost when handed to the fumigator. Some people had to redo paperwork. The end result will be fine, but disorganized on the paperwork end. I spent days chasing people for 11th hour paperwork. Frustrating. Warning! If people leave large amounts of food in the units, have an HOA Board member(s) with trash bags in hand to clean out the unit, or the entire building will not be tented. It happens!! We rolled up our sleeves and avoided this catastrophe. I hope Lenz makes some changes. Everyone will be happier.

Had service for spiders (after over two months wait). Technician mentioned 60 day warranty on service. Called to request follow up service (admittedly 10+ days after warranty expired). Expected them to honor the warranty as 1) spiders were still present after 2 months, so service wasn’t very successful and 2) 60 days was over holidays + during covid outbreak and 3) it was only 12 days after the warranty expired. It is their right to not extend that warranty, but given Covid/holidays, I would have expected better customer service given that there is still an issue with spiders. They did try to upsell me to the quarterly service though (and take my payment)! I’ll stick with a company that values customer satisfaction over fine print.

Great on site service. The man was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. 5 star service with -1 star because Lenz was 4 days late in giving me a follow up email. Would recommend

Lenz was recommended to me by a neighbor. I used them for gopher and rodent trapping and was very satisfied with the work, especially gopher trapping. They have a variety of plans to choose from and they didn’t try to oversell on the plans. All the technicians were professional and right on time for every appt. Office staff was friendly and accommodating. I also had a fumigation estimate done for termites, the estimate was turned around in a day. I recommend Lenz!
