Connor at Brezden does a fantastic job for us here on the Central Coast. He makes sure we are satisfied and always checks to see if we have any new issues to address. We use Connor at my home and my son’s home. Very happy with the team.

Unfriendly receptionist over the phone, bristling and combative when asked about urgent scheduling and plan inclusions as our business had inherited our contract from prior management. You’d think that someone asking for urgent addressing of pest issues would be greeted with a modicum of empathy, not a “yeah, I JUST said I’ll make a note of your issue”. If this is how they treat their business clients, I can’t imagine how they would deal with individual residential accounts. Glad to be switching away in 2024.

They live up to their guarantee!! Brezden came out 3 separate times in one month and got rid of all the ants!!!!!! Their technician was polite and prompt! I highly recommend them for all your pest control needs

The young man who came over on Tuesday did an excellent job. I have been with Brezden for 36 years and have always had great service. I had a large rat problem due to some neighbors cutting out their ivy. This employee who came over had never been to my house. He refilled all of my existing rat boxes, installed a couple of new ones and set some spring traps in my garage. The first night I found three of them trapped large rats. I put new peanut butter and reset the traps. Outstanding job for the Brezden crew! I had another service on 6/23. As usual, Conner did a great job. Still have a few rats left in the backyard but we’re working on it. The boss needs to give Connor a raise!!

The incredible customer service we experience here was awesome. Highly recommend them! We use them professionally for properties we manage and personally for our own residence. Their systems, onboarding, customer care is absolutely 5 stars.
