We had Thrasher come out a couple years ago to tent and fumigate our house. Thrasher subcontracted the work to Driskell. Drywood termites had got in the house. Two and a half years later we found that the termites were back in the same spot. Thrasher offers a three-year warranty, and we asked them to honor that warranty. They did. They returned and tented and fumigated again. I believe that Driskell’s owner had a hand in persuading people who may have been reluctant to do more than a spot treatment. While I am disappointed that we had to tent and fumigate twice (because it’s a lot of trouble for the homeowner, not to mention loss to the fumigator), I respect Thrasher and Driskell for honoring their warranty.

Staff was friendly and made payment very easy. Too early to tell how effective the fumigation was, but no obvious problems yet.
