Ryan and his dog, Molly, are an amazing team. I thought I brought bedbugs back from Costa Rica, and I was kinda freaking out! I was so incredibly relieved after the Inspection! They were thorough and professional. And friendly! Molly is so sweet 🙂 Highly recommend!

Ryan is extremely responsive, knowledgable and thoughtful. We were in a panic that we might have bed bugs and scheduled appointments with two companies. Ryan (and his trusted, furry companion) outshined a competitor with both his thorough inspection and attentive nature. Walking through each room, he and his dog carefully inspected anything that may be of any possible concern. He gave us our peace of mind back after several sleepless nights and anxiety-filled days. Ryan is also there for his customers after an inspection which speaks to his dedication to wonderful service and his field. We were able to text him photos of a bug we couldn’t identify months after our initial engagement and, once again, he was of great assistance and helped put our minds at ease. Should we have any type of bug scare again, Ryan will be one of our first calls.

Ryan and CimexTek are hands down the best Bed Bug K9 team in California. I currently own a Pest Control company and have been in this business over 20 years, I have worked with all the K9 inspectors here in California. Ryan is the most professional and knowledgeable one you can choose, as well as his constant work ethics to keep his K9 at peak performance. Highly recommend Ryan and his Team!!

Ryan and Molly were great. Ryan took the time to walk me thru the process and what to expect from him and Molly. Ryan was incredibly professional and Molly was a model dog. Thankfully all was clear! I highly recommend their services. Should we require another inspection or have another possible bedbug scare – I will absolutely call Ryan at CimexTek. They’re already in my “contacts” list.

I have used and referred CimexTek many times, and I have only had outstanding experiences with this company. I’ve been holding off on writing my reviews for CimexTek and Scent Tek for a while, partly because of the stress memories of that time evokes, and partly because I wanted to several months to be absolutely certain the all clear I got from them was actually, in fact, an all clear. After a few friendly and informative calls with Ryan, he shows up one morning with Max, who he has wait in one of the bathrooms as he does his manual inspection of the place, and plants some (enclosed) bug vials to test Max’s detection skills with. After a fairly detailed manual inspection of my bed, he brings Max out and demonstrates how Max reacts to bedbugs, both when he’s certain, and when he’s unsure, and then proceeds to do his inspection of the bedrooms and common areas. Afterwards, he even does an inspection of my car in the garage downstairs, free of charge, to assuage some of my other concerns. So, all in all, compared to Scent Tek, Ryan and Max did a more detailed inspection, were friendlier, and a tad more affordable as well! I had also asked Ryan if he could possibly let me purposely get bitten by one of his bugs so I could tell in the future if I ever do actually get bit. This, he was willing to do, but had wanted to hatch some new bugs who’d never fed before (even though they’ve been shown to not pass disease, better safe than sorry I suppose), which would take several weeks. I never did remember to follow up on that offer, but I’m still appreciative of the fact that it was there.
