I thought they were great until things went steadily downhill to catastrophic. They placed a bait station in my backyard reassuring me multiple times that it was dog proof because I have pets and I was concerned. I went into my backyard and there was a piece of the metal and what I thought was possibly rat poison. I called the emergency line on the 23rd, they assured me someone would call me back. They did not call until the next day. Admitted that that was part of the bait station, reassured me that there was not enough eaten or in the poison to harm my dog. Sent someone out on the 24th to replace and examine the bait station. On Saturday night my dog started to have issues by 3 AM Sunday my dog was unable to get up. He had to be euthanized on Sunday afternoon. I texted the operations manager, I called the emergency line twice on Sunday. It is now Monday and no one from this company has called to express any regret, responsibility or sympathy for the loss of my dog due to their negligence. The negligence that ended with the death of my dog is heartbreaking for my family. The callous disregard by refusing to return phone calls or texts for their actions is infuriating.

It has been 9 months since Kilter treated my house … and not a termite in site. So far so good! The service itself was excellent – they came in, injected the poison and patched up all the holes.
