Their customer service department was very kind, thorough, and professional when booking my free termite inspection. I was able to get the appointment within 48 hours of contacting them! On my appointment day, I was greeted by Jordan who was incredible to work with. He was kind, relatable, and educational (as both a representative of the business as well as a fellow home owner), and so I trusted his judgment when it came to treatment options. You can tell he loves what he does and enjoys educating his customers! He even pointed out a couple of things I hadn’t noticed about my property, such as multiple birds nests hiding under my eves. I’d definitely recommend Homeshield and have since booked their services to come assist with my property’s needs.
