Our house was inspected and serviced by Patrick Murphy and he was the textbook example of a professional tradesman. He was both efficient and thorough with his inspection; with detailed explanations and documentation. He was extremely knowledgeable about his work and was able to inform and advice me about many small aspects of home maintainance I was not aware of. Also explained things in layman terms so as a non tradesperson I easily understood all issues he brought up. Overall Patrick went above and beyond for my family and I highly recommend their service.

I have the pleasure to meet Craig ( the inspector) Nick and Dave the termite treatment technicians for the termite treatment and moisture barrier job at my house last week. I must say Craig was professional, knowledgeable and answered many of my questions. He was also negotiable with the prices. Nick and Dave were exceptional with their work. They called in advance before coming and arrived punctual. They worked efficiently and left the premises clean as they found it. What stood out was their commitment to customers satisfaction. Did partial inspection, said they couldn’t access the crawl space. Still charged full price for partial work. Hired another company who had no problem accessing.
