I can not thank Miguel enough for all this help. We had Termiex pest control company come and give us a report that said that I have beetles in the basement. The report did not make sense, and I knew we did not have beetles. I called Miguel and asked for a second opinion. He squeezed me into his schedule because I was on a very crunched timeline. Miguel did not find beetles and helped us to get us to clear section one. Miguel is fast and professional, and I would strongly recommend him.

I’m not sure how all these other reviews got high marks. Story goes the owner Nicholas was on his way when he got a flat tire promised me and my mom he’d be there 8 am. I waited 3.5 hours in my recliner no phone call no text and come to find out since we are the tenants he told landlady he would not come out because he claims to judge me and tell me he doesn’t want to see us. No warnings etc he claims to be a professional he need to go to school and learn what appropriate customer service really is. Call him at your own risk. We found a better person and better deal etc. Lesson to be learned just because he has great reviews does not mean he’s right for the job. Professional s deal with way. Worse people and still get their business in my life of work I get scratched kicked punched yelled at and still do my job. I apologize to everyone he needs to grow a set. Like I said trust him at your own risk. Thank you.

If you’ve got rats….these are the folks to call. The owner Nicholas came out to do the inspection, saw the situation, proposed a solution to stop the infestation. A few days later Jose and Mark came to do the work. Took less than an hour….and like magic…no more rats! Couldn’t be more please with value/service.

We got recommended Prolific Pest Control by a friend who had the same problem we were having, ants!. We got an appointment within 3 days of my call. Nicholas showed up and assessed the situation and applied the treatment. He explained what we should do to make the treatment more effective and what we should know for safety as it pertains to us and our pups. The level of professionalism was top notch, and he was courteous and had a mask correctly on the entire time and social distanced. We could not be happier, I highly recommend this service if you have pests, or critter problems.

We’ve had this company come out twice now for fleas. We’re guessing the fleas are coming from wild animals that go through our backyard. They are very professional, and they explain thoroughly what they are going to do. The fleas are eliminated overnight. Highly recommend this company!

Nicholas is so friendly and did a fantastic job of keeping the rats out of our home. We had a huge rat problem but thanks to Prolific my wife can sleep in peace.

Though Prolific Pest Control is based in Pasadena, they are kind to go out of their area to service my home in La Mirada. A year ago we had a really bad ant problem. I called Prolific Pest Control and they sent a technician who took care of the problem. Recently the company sent tech Nicholas, who is very experienced in pest control. He cleaned all the spider webs and sprayed a non chemical substance to the entire house and yard. So I’m very happy with their service and will always use them.

Rene and Nicholas were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We are having them fill in gaps and places where rodents could enter our attic, basement, and home. So far, so good!
