We just had an outstanding experience with Pacific Coast Termite, Orange, CA. First has a very thorough and extensive inspection by Blake. Six days later Samuel and his crew showed up right on time and began working. We had noticeable damage in two attics and storeroom, as well as damage in cupboards dining room, pantry and kitchen. Samuel took extra time to pull out a counter height fridge, and found the source of the interior damage. Within 10 minutes of treatment there was no sign of termites. Both Blake and Samuel took time to “educate” is on termites which was very helpful. We have a monthly pest control (who we will be replacing) who quoted us $12K to tent the house one year ago. We let it go and had them inspect again this year and the quote went to $38K! Samuel and crew were careful to take caution while in the house, covering carpet, stairs, and counter tops with plastic. Just an all around good experience. Love the two-year warranty and will continue with the annual warranty upon expiration. It’s transferable too! Highly recommend PCT Orange!

I called Pacific Coast Termite to come out and do an inspection after finding evidence of termites. They came out the next day and did the inspection and set up.an appointment to treat the property the following day. There was extensive wood damage both inside outside the house and on the 3rd day they sent out a crew of 6 to replace and paint all the damaged wood. They were friendly and professional and made the whole experience quick and pleasant. I want to thank Miguel R, Rick, Jairo, Luis, Bryan and Fernando for their hard work and getting the job done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Termite.

We have used Pacific Coast Termite for many years. They always do great work. When one of their service reps indicated they would not come out to do a free inspection under warranty, the owner called back and insured me they would and would take of any findings at no cost. They are honest, hard working and do a great job. You don’t need to look any further for a good Termite company.

We had the best experience with this company, especially after another company, was a disaster and tried to rip us off. Pacific Coast was easy to schedule with and the guy showed up on time. He was honest and we didn’t feel like we were being sold a lie to create a big work order. We made the repairs indicated and they didn’t even offer to do the repairs because they were so booked so we used a different company. But then they came back to inspect the work and they provided us with the escrow clearance. Very happy we worked with this company and I would highly recommend them if we need termite work in the future.

We are in the beginning stages of renovating our home, and our landscaper noticed possible termites, so I contacted three different termite companies, all offering free inspections. However, when Pacific Coast Termites came, they tried to charge us $350 because we stated we were going to refinance the home and wanted to get this taken care of beforehand. I don’t understand why this statement would cause them to make a free inspection to go up to $350 when the other two companies didn’t charge for the same thing. So I told him we did not want to do the inspection if they were going to charge. The inspector got mad, started cursing, then slammed the door on the way out. This company is extremely unprofessional, and we will never use their services. We decided to go with The No-Nonsense Termite Company instead. They were very professional, gave us very helpful information and lived up to their name, unlike Pacific Coast Termites.
